Our refund policy is designed with your satisfaction in mind. You have a generous 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This timeframe allows you to thoroughly inspect your purchase and ensure it meets your expectations. We want you to feel completely at ease as you explore the beauty of your new plant support solutions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This ensures that we can maintain the quality and integrity of our products for all customers. Remember, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the return process.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send your package back to us. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted, as we want to ensure a smooth and organized return process.
We also encourage you to inspect your order upon reception. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We are here to evaluate the issue and make it right, because your satisfaction is our top priority.
While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are a few exceptions. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We want to be transparent about this to avoid any confusion.
If you’re looking to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted. This way, you can quickly get your hands on the perfect plant support solution that fits your needs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
